COMPLAINT
If, after making the purchase, it turns out that the received goods are damaged, not working properly, or you have found that the goods are not in conformity with the concluded contract, and you have purchased the goods as a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint. PRODUCT RETURN - GUARANTEED 14 DAYS FOR RETURN
In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 "On consumer rights", you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
The exercise of this right is possible if you submit a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract within the above-mentioned period. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal in paper form or by e-mail.
You should send the returned product without undue delay, within no more than 14 days, to the address of our company available in the "Company data and contact" tab. You bear the cost of return shipment on your own.
Remember that the right to withdraw from the contract does not allow you to use the product free of charge. According to the regulations, if the returned product was used to a greater extent than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the seller has the right to charge the buyer with the costs of reducing its value.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive a refund of the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest delivery available at the time of purchase of the goods. The money will be sent back the same way you paid, unless otherwise agreed. This will be done immediately after we receive the returned purchase.
In accordance with the law, the right to return is not granted, when the subject of sale is:
a non-prefabricated item, created for the individual order of the consumer, such as a colour gripper
an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably linked with other things,
audio or visual recordings delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery.
